Why WordPress, Elementor and SiteGround

Safety Records OSHA Expects You to Keep
SiteDocs is built for the paperwork side of safety. Under OSHA’s recordkeeping rule, 29 CFR Part 1904, construction employers with more than 10 employees must keep injury and illness records:
- Record each work-related injury and illness on the OSHA 300 log, with a 301 incident report for each case.
- Post the 300A annual summary where workers can see it from February 1 through April 30 each year.
- Keep the 300 log, 300A summary and 301 reports for 5 years after the end of the year they cover (OSHA 1904.33).
- Every employer, of any size, must report a work-related death to OSHA within 8 hours, and an in-patient hospitalization, amputation or loss of an eye within 24 hours (OSHA 1904.39).
